Marcel Aldenhuijsen (1958) wanted to be a pilot ever since he watched the Thunderbirds in his very young years.
He had to wait over four decades before he could make his dream come true. In 2008 he got his PPL and shortly after his own airplane, a Sportcruiser. Something he hadn’t even dreamt about.
After being a passenger on an Edambuster sortie he was immediately hooked and started training.
Becoming an RAF squadron member was beyond his wildest dreams.
He frequently flies to Maastricht, the city he got his medical degree. In his daily life he works as an occupational health specialist. For his own company he visits patients throughout the country as a flying doctor.
